I haven’t done one of these animal blogs in a while. I put 2lbs back on over Christmas, but I’ve lost them, plus another 3lbs, thanks to a pretty punishing new programme the trainer at the gym set me on with. I’ve been doing interval training on the cardio machines, then a lot of new conditioning exercises which basically amount to torture with a gym ball.
Some of you may know that I wobble along to the gym a few times a week, in an attempt to become less wobbly (see my previous blog post). For a while, I’ve been going to Salsacize, which is kind of aerobics crossed with Latin dance. It’s fun, it’s a good workout, and it stops me from having to do the same thing at the gym three times a week.
I’ve now lost 10.5lbs! The dieting is really working and I am starting to notice the difference with my clothes feeling a little looser now. I still can’t actually see the difference though, which is a bit annoying :/
Anyway, on to my ridiculous ‘weightloss in the form of animals’ blog – 10.5lbs is the equivalent of….
