But, I have lost a little more weight since my last update, which means it’s time to equate my weight loss to a new animal.

Not a massive amount, just another 5 or 6 pounds. I think it’s important to be flexible with your goals while you’re losing weight. You’re changing, so your goals and your hopes might change too.
